A touchy subject?

I know some will shy away from the mention of the soul when we talk about business decisions. Others will say that it’s not the way things are done around here and the idea of bringing their whole self to work leaves them fearful of what others will think.

But what are we missing out on? What creative leaps will be left unmade because we’ve not unshackled ourselves from whatever is holding us back?

How it works

In this month’s Sparks by Iginium podcast, I talk to Irene Riad about her holistic approach to coaching and why it’s so good for the health of organisations as well as people. In particular, we look at how we dig deep to find this brilliance and then bravely show up with it.

How can we make space for and encourage a mind, body and soul alliance in business? What benefits does it bring and why haven’t we been doing this all along?

Listen in for answers to these questions and more by searching for Sparks by Ignium on your favourite platform or head over to the Spark Tank on our website.

Have a great day
