Phil Rose talks to Alexis Kingsbury on today’s show about how he created AirManual through a focus on purpose and systems. AirManual helps you run your business smarter, something Alexis and his co founder wanted based on his experiences of failing to do it first time round. As a serial entrepreneur Alexis realised he needed to put systems in place to enable his businesses run without him present each time. When he got ‘busy’ he struggled to find a way through. He then recognised that to scale he needed people and processes. There’s learnings in there for all of us. Enjoy the show.
